Dinner parties, great wine and great company is all life is about...

 

And, is what I have dedicated myself to.

After six years working in hatted Australian venues between Brisbane and Melbourne, now in Brisbane working in liquor retail while I re-educate myself, I hope to share with you the ways I show love to those around me.

I grew up in a Greek-australian family, spending holidays over big meals and taking sips of local Ionian Island wine from a barrel in my grand-mothers garage, working as a child in my fathers fruit shop with my cousins, always surrounded by good produce and family.

Ending up in hospitality, appreciating good food, good wine and good company came completely natural and is how I hope to spend my whole life, even now that I have corporate goals.

Taste is something anyone can develop and anyone can perfect. All I aim to do with this website is give you the words to name what it is you are experiencing, elevate it and share it with those close to you.
